Vir, qui consilio...

Here is today's Rhyming Distich, and here are some more posts with Rhyming Distichs. This one comes from the Florilegium Gottingense edited by Voigt.

Vir, qui consilio non credit, iure vagatur,
Et qui consilio factum facit, ille probatur.
