Vir, qui consilio...

Here is today's Rhyming Distich, and here are some more posts with Rhyming Distichs. This one comes from the Florilegium Gottingense edited by Voigt.

Vir, qui consilio non credit, iure vagatur,
Et qui consilio factum facit, ille probatur.

The vocabulary is keyed to the DCC Latin Vocabulary list. There is only one word in this poem that is not on the DCC list:

vagor -ārī - wander, roam

cōnsilium -ī n.: plan; council, group of advisors
crēdo -ere crēdidī crēditum: believe
et: and
facio facere fēcī factum: do, make
ille, illa, illud: that
iūs iūris n.: right, justice, law
nōn: not
probo -āre: approve, prove; convince one (dat.) of a thing (acc.)
qui, quae, quod: who, which, what; quis quid: who? what? which?
vir virī m.: man
